The Gateway Estates neighborhood is located off Bear Creek Road just west I35.  This subdivision consists of 409 beautiful one and two-story homes.  A diverse neighborhood Gateway Estates has been in existence since 2003 and is a mandatory Home Owners Association.  This HOA is under the direction of a 5-member Board of Directors.
